An avid angler for over 30 years, Curry began his professional fishing career in 1992. Curry has landed multiple local and regional tournament victories throughout his angling career, as well as receiving recognition as Angler of the Year and Sportsman of the Year in various local organizations.
John’s passion for the fishing industry spilled over into the business world when he started JDC Marketing in 1997. Under Curry, JDC has established itself as the leading resource for sponsorship activation within the outdoor industry. John is still very active in all areas of the company, including acting as a guide on the many executive trips JDC provides to Alaska and Costa Rica. John resides in Norcross, GA with his family. Before making a splash in sports marketing and fishing industries, Curry was a respected homebuilder in metro Atlanta.
